Core Values

These principles guide my work and professional relationships, shaped by my experience as a Clean Code trainer and software professional:

Code Quality

I am deeply committed to software quality. This means writing clean, maintainable, and robust code - without compromise. I firmly believe in "quality over quantity" and refuse to deliver subpar solutions.

Knowledge Sharing

I am passionate about empowering others through knowledge transfer. As an active member of the development community, I share my expertise in clean code practices and software craftsmanship through mentoring, training, and open exchange with peers.

Reliability

I take pride in being a dependable partner who delivers on promises. My commitment goes beyond just writing code - it means being someone my clients and colleagues can truly rely on. I consistently deliver high-quality solutions while maintaining clear communication and meeting agreed deadlines.

Fairness

I believe in building relationships based on mutual respect and trust. This means treating all stakeholders - clients, colleagues, and team members - with equal consideration and professional courtesy. My solutions aim to balance different interests while maintaining technical excellence and ethical standards.

Honesty

Professional integrity and transparency are fundamental to my work ethic. While I actively support and implement practical solutions, I consider it my professional duty to protect stakeholders by speaking up clearly when proposals are unfeasible or potentially harmful. This includes having the courage to say 'no' when necessary, always providing clear reasoning and alternative suggestions where possible.

Collaborative Growth

I believe that the best results emerge from an environment of shared learning and mutual support. By fostering open knowledge exchange and constructive feedback, I help create teams where everyone can develop their full potential. True excellence comes from growing and succeeding together, not in isolation.

Market Claim Value Verification Assessment
Team size: 3 2 weeks

Privacy Policy

The objective of this project was to verify the customer's market claims regarding data security and privacy for their AI client application. A particular challenge was that the customer did not provide the source code, and the assessment had to be performed on a remotely accessible machine. As the lead developer, I was responsible for the conception and implementation of a toolkit that enabled the analysis of the application's inter-procedural communication flow. For this, I used Frida to inject JavaScript hooks into the AI client's Microsoft Named Pipes. This approach allowed for the identification of source and target processes and a seamless analysis of data transmission. In addition to technical leadership, my role included architectural design and software implementation. I ensured compliance with code standards and contributed significantly to the coordination and success of the entire development process, which led to me being awarded the UL Solutions CEO Mark of Excellence Award in 2025 for my work on this project.
